When and how will I be notified that my order is ready?

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email either with a tracking number if you selected shipping, or a notification that it’s available for pick-up.

Team uniform orders usually take up to 4 weeks to prepare, and during our busy season (July–October) they may take an extra 1–2 weeks.

Is it possible for my order to take longer than 4 weeks?

Yes, it can. We strive to process orders quickly, but during our busiest months (July–October), it might take a bit longer than 4 weeks.

Why does my order appear incomplete?

This can happen sometimes. If some items take longer than expected, we ship the available items first so you can start enjoying them. Don’t worry, we’ll send the remaining items as soon as they’re ready and cover the extra shipping cost. If you chose in-store pick-up, we’ll notify you as soon as the extra items arrive.

Can I order items during a presale?

Will my order take longer to arrive if it's a pre-order?

We start processing orders right after the club’s presale period ends. It usually takes up to 4 weeks to personalize and get the uniforms ready to ship.

No worries! If your uniform doesn’t fit, we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that personalized items (with logos, names, or numbers) aren’t eligible for return unless there’s a manufacturing error or product defect. If that’s the case, we’ll take care of it right away.

For non-personalized items, we’ll be happy to review your order and guide you through the return or exchange process. Thanks for your understanding!
