Yes, it can. We strive to process orders quickly, but during our busiest months (July–October), it might take a bit longer than 4 weeks.
This can happen sometimes. If some items take longer than expected, we ship the available items first so you can start enjoying them. Don’t worry, we’ll send the remaining items as soon as they’re ready and cover the extra shipping cost. If you chose in-store pick-up, we’ll notify you as soon as the extra items arrive.

We start processing orders right after the club’s presale period ends. It usually takes up to 4 weeks to personalize and get the uniforms ready to ship.

Please note that personalized items (with logos, names, or numbers) aren’t eligible for return unless there’s a manufacturing error or product defect. If that’s the case, we’ll take care of it right away.
